These tents are not meant for rain storms or inclement weather. If such weather should occur, you are responsible for dismantling the tent and ensuring it is secure. Prices include Delivery, Installation, Tear-Down and Canopy Weights. Tent installation is based on leveled grass surface with stakes for anchoring. If staking is not an option then we will need to use extra weights which may result in an extra fee. Delivery is for Durham Region, extras fees for outside our delivery area. The rental period for these tents 24 hours. Tent installation is usually done in the morning of your event. We pick up the day after your event.
